claims process

1 star doesnt even come close to how disgusted i am with this insurance. I think it ridiculous how long the are making me wait for a claim payment. so in the meantime i need to drive with a car that was knocked by one of your clients. Almost a month and still no payment or claim process. All the documents i need to provide for an accident i didnt even cause. Frustrating how you claim the process cant go faster. I dont believe that at all. Will never insure with old mutual and to all old mutual clients beware they look for reasons to delay and they wont cover your expenses that come with all the follow ups either
