I lodged my insurance claim on the 12th of January 2015 and took in my damaged cellphone handset for repair with Mutual & Federal and MTN.<br> <br> I've been calling almost every day and sending emails in order to find out my insurance claim and ultimately to get my phone back. But I've been unsuccessful in my quest, everytime I call I hear a different story for almost 3 months now.<br> However, MTN is deducting my my R677 including insurance of R131 each month without my phone.<br> <br> This is very unacceptable and I'm left dry and frustrated.<br> <br> Please the powers the be, intervene as I'm frustrated and gatvol of this MTN and Mutual and Federal <br>
