Claims no answer
I would have liked to have travel insurance for 2 months. I called the Johannesburg number... it is not available. I called claims to ask a question that the general consultant could not answer... and well... I was on the line for more than 5 minutes without any indication of assistance. Glad I did that imagine being overseas in a panic and not getting through.
