Claiming Excess
I was involved in an accident 2017 May and I claimed from Mutual and Federal, I have made attempts to follow up with them regarding the excess but no one ever gets back to me. I have been legally notified by one attorney that I am entitled to claim the excess I paid. Please get back to me so we have a discussion on this. I made it clear that I will be claiming my excess back.
