Claim took more than a year
I had a complain with the same jmp assesor, old mutual keeps on bringing them when I have a claim, I have a claim with old mutual from 2023 and not all problem resolved on my car, I agree when the panelbeater says bring your car, but I don't have time as my car went to them more than 5 times. The service I have received was not good. I keep on seeing new problems and I sometimes forget to call them. The wiper blades took time to be replaced due to JMP ASSESSORS,
