What a joke! Is it possible that people are paid a salary when they portray such a deep level of incompetence? If I delivered this level of service I would be fired! With the amount of unemployed people in this country you would think that people would protect their jobs.<br> <br> My Mother was involved in an accident with a drunk driver in November. A third party claim was submitted in the same month and has still not been resolved! I have had many dealings with Nasreen Abdullah - who blamed someone named Sarah. Failing any resolution from Nasreen I contacted her boss Samuel. Wow - I didn't think it was possible to experience anything worse than Nasreen but Samuel takes the cake! Rude, obnoxious and completely inefficient.<br> <br> I want this resolved this week - failing which I will lodge a legal complaint.<br> <br> Samantha Bennett
