CLAIM OUTSTANDING SINCE 2012

This hail damage claim has been outstanding and being sent from pillar to post throughout my persistent enquiries in the last 2years.The events leading to the repairs which were authorised not being done as follows:<br> oclaim was submitted on 24 October2012 and subsequently approved after vehicle seen by both assessor and Silverstar panel beaters in Pretoria East.<br> owhilst waiting for the parts to arrive, Silverstar kept advising me that due to my car being a 2012 model they were waiting for parts for too long.<br> oApril 2013 I then had to relocate from Pretoria to Klerksdorp due to a work transfer.<br> owas later informed by MF that my policy has been reviewed and is going to be terminated. discussed the outstanding claim with Funeka Jubase whom promised that irrespective of cancellation the claim will be processed and for car hire and quotations.<br> o around June-July 2013 all parts had arrived I tried to arrange that they collect the vehicle from where I reside due to work commitments Marius the assessor decided that he will \close"the authorisation and I need a panelbeater in my area.
