Claim not settled

<p>It's almost a month now that i had submitted a small TV claim with M&F through a broker. After not getting a favourable response from them regarding my request for a cash settlement, my dad decided to replace a TV for us. Yesterday i sent them a mail that i have subsequently cancelled my policy due to the treatment received and still again requested that they consider settling this small claim cash, till now, no response received from them.</p>
