claim not recieved

<p>I registered a claim with mutual and federal last in 2016 on my car insurance.every time when I call I get a different person to handle my claim.it was first yandiswa,now its ab****aka Williams then now its Sandile and on Monday I called I got a diffent person.so now really I have to call everyday to get feedback.</p>
