Claim not paid for over a year

<p>A Mutual & Federal client caused severe damage at my parents' house (property and trailer) during Easter Weekend of 2015. They were away on holiday during this time. The person causing the damage, Mr Victor Green was "removed" from the scene by this father Mr Steven Green, before the SAPS arrived, according to two eyewitnesses. The "Greens" informed the SAPS investigation officer that if we want money from them for the damages caused, we can contact them. I then decided that my parents (both 74) will not be humiliated by asking for money from disgraceful basterds, that know what had happened, and that does not have enough morality to offer payment for damages caused by them, let alone apologise for what happened. </p> <p>I handed the matter over to our lawyer in May 2015. He made contact with the "Greens", whom referred their case to Mutual & Federal. Mutual & Federal again, send the case to Brink De Beer and Potgieter Attorneys. Several letters backward and forward, and NO Payment. Our lawyer sends a letter on 01 June 2016 - NO reply. Send another letter on 08 July 2016 - NO reply!!! We have spend alot of money on lawyers letters and Mutual & Federal and their attorneys. We have not once received an explaination why the claim is not paid.</p> <p>Mutual & Federal is an immoral and disgracefull company. A simple case that should have taken a short time to be resolved - disgusting lack of integraty, morals and bussiness pratices.</p>
