claim not paid

<p>Mutual and Federal literally refuses to fix my car, my car was in an accident 3 months ago, they asked me to submit document s and fill in forms and i did exactly that, i submitted everything , the assesor saw the car and now everybody is just ignoring my emails and not returning my calls, they keep sending me from one person to the other</p> <p>please assist me</p> <p>regards</p> <p>lindiwe</p>
