Claim (http://stepp.co.za)

I bump my car on the 1st of August and lost my key on the 2nd of August. During that time I was on study leave and during those two days I wrote test at USB. (My study leave and clases ended on Saturday 6 August). Due to the pressure of my studies I did not claim for the on the first, but subseqently I lost my key and needed to register a claim since it was my only key. I only realised on the 3rd that my key was lost. The 3rd was a public holiday and only manage to send my claim on the 4th. Between the 4th and the 5th my claim was register.

I become aware I need to obtain a quote and send it to STEPP on Monday the 8th and send it through the same day.

On 11 August at 13h58 I don't have an idea what the status of my claim is. I have not receive any feedback for M&F or Stepp. My daugther 1 year and 4 months and every morning I have to walk for 30 min to get her to the crech, I was lucky though it did not rain, if it should rain I don't what I would do.

My policy is paid up, it feels to my I need to beg people to process my claim. The calls I ahve made between the M&F and stepp could amount to more than 50 minutes.

What is my Next step?????
