I am really fed up now with the cellphone claims administrator company that is working for Old Mutual. I have been trying to get my premiums back for my policy which was cancelled due to incompetency within the Old mutual and their cellphone administrator company. Till today still nothing. Firstly my cellphone claim was declined incorrectly I had to go through ombudsmen to resolve the matter and after that it took 4 months for me to get my phone back due too miscommunication. Now I cannot get my premiums back for a policy that was cancelled by them even though UI had specifically asked that my policy don't get cancelled. I am really thinking of going back to the ombudsmen again.
