<p>Hi There, on the 4th of June my car was in a accident and towed away by MNF approved ppl. It took 10 days to get a quote done, since then my broker has been endlessly trying to get info and details about my car. It needs to be moved to Pretoria (last update received Friday) today is 27th, 23 days after accident and all that had been done was a quote. Its been escalated in the call center, its been escalated to the call center team leader, and its been escalated to MNF head office with no joy. I please need my car the rental period is coming close to ending and ill be stuck with no car. Please can someone take ownership at MNF and please have my car sorted. </p>
