Car registration dilema

HI, my name is Zitha Shelembe from KZN ( Dundee) cell: ***. I have a problem with the above insurance. Apparently my car was written off after the accident which happened in January 2020. Everything went well until I asked them to release my personalise license ( number plate. I've been sending them emails before lockdown, telling them that I'm buying a new car and I want to use tha t number plate. They don't care and everytime I go to the license department, they tell me that number plate is still in that car. It's 5 months now they are not wiling to help me I need it and I need it now. Help me force them cos my car temporary license has long expired. My claim number is ***. Let them change my registration so that I will be able use it now in my car. It's my fore father's name.
