Car kept at towing services without my agreement
I am not happy with how old mutual car insurance is dealing with my case I have recently been in an accident and my car was towed by Precision towing Services in centurion and now when I try to go retrieve my car from the precision office,they don’t allow as they need affirmation from my “insurer” . Please help me understand why I should get confirmation from my insurer with a car that belongs to me!
