Car insurance claim not responded to

I had a car accident in December 17, 2020, 8 wrote an email to their customer care reporting the accident, since then I didn't receive any feedback no email acknowledging the receipt, now outsurance is on my case with the person I colluded with since my insurance is not responsive and I am paying every month
