car insurance claim
i sent a claim of my car insurance for the first time to you guys but you declined my claim and i have been a loyal costumer with old mutual now i am having a problem with my car but they telling me that they can not be able to help me and what comes to my understanding i never skip a month without paying you. now i need you to deliver for the service that i have been paying for without month cap but you reply to me and saying you cant be able to assist me after so long..

20 Jul 2020, 14:39This claim was never denied the insured received notification that the third party section was finalized. We have requested the vehicle whereabouts from the broker and received no answer as we were not sure if the vehicle is drivable.
We have also sent repairer options to the broker. I have tried to contact the client to advise but no answer.
I have emailed client a list of panel beaters and requested a quote. Will forward it through when received it.
