Car claim

Everning I have a complain about old mutual insurance my car was insured by them the vehicle involved in car accident on 30 March 2024 so they write off the vehicle so I dispute that decision because it was repairable vehicle the reason I dispute because the assessor tell me everything that the retail value of the case is 367k and to repair the vehicle is 147 mean is on borderline and is not even 50pecet of retail value so according to my knowledge the vehicle must be repaired assessor name Clarence luckay and the claim was held by *** at old mutual insurance so we come into decision that I must get the approved panel beater that can fix the vehicle that will cost 120k less than I find that panel beater is the dent doctor which is approved panel beater as is their list of panel beater they made a quotation that quotation was 118k according to their request but still don't want to fix my car .I don't know what kind of insurance is this because they also take my car to keptonpark salvage mean was written off with code 2 that mean is repairable vehicle but to they say is unconomical vehicle but they wait someone to buy it
