Car accident - is my car a right off or not

I have been in an accident on the 8 june, I DRIVE A RANGE ROVER,3 AIRBAGS POPPED, MY BACK WINDOW WAS SHATTERED AND A WHOLE LOT OF DAMEGE TO IT.i have given all the necesary details to my consultant the day after the accident.My insurance told me my car will be assesed in 2 days time, after 2 day, to my surpricse i go a call to say they cant find my car. it took a wekk for anyone to get back to me, i had to ask forfeedback all the time, after a week I got a call to say they waiting to the assesessors to get back( ALWAYS EXCUSES. on the 19 july i was told that my car will take 15-18 working days to fix. Monday eve I get a call from the panel beater saying there is more damages, the car has not been assessed properly & it should be a right off- i hear one thing from M&F and another thing from someone esle- DO U EVEN KNOW WHATS GOING ON.i only have my rental car until friday. after friday i will be inconvenience my ur compay's negligence n incompetence. i WANT M&F TO EXTEND MY COURTESY CAR RENTAL BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIECNED CAUSED. PLEASE ALSO GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON THE STATUS OF MY CAR. STOP PUSHING M FROM PILLAR TO POST AND TELL ME MY CAR IS SORTED OUT WEN ITS NEVE BEING TOUCHED
