cannot claim or else they will cancell policy

I just got a call from a Tasneem Mazitte who informed me that they are not going to renew my insurance policy because of 6 claim in a year of which 3 were setteled. What does this mean that if we got insurance we cannot claim. This is why we take on insurance to claim in the event of a loss or damage. Such a big company. I had so much problems with MF but I still stuck with they. I should be the one cancelling my policy. I want to get someone senior from the company to call me to discuss this matter. To find another company is not a problem. Less stress for me. This is how they treat their customers. Terrible. I dnt ever recommend Mutual and feseral to anyone who wants to take a policy.
