Cancels policy after missing one premium
I'm was faced with a medical emergency that needed immediate funds. I approached my bank as I had no other option...after a trying all means and had no option, but to reverse my insurance premium. The very next day I advised my broker (Almega financial services)of what happened and if they can arrange a double debit the end of the month. To my surprise I was advised that my policy has been cancelled and no arrangements can be made even after only missing one premium . Is this what customer service? Can policy be canceled after missing one premium and even when the customer gave his reasons and willing to have that premium caver the very next debit?
