I had the pleasure of dealing with Calvin Kruger, Consultant: Personal Lines – Services in the OMI call centre regarding client Mr WG Bezuidenhout - Policy ***.

From the get-go Calvin was friendly, courteous, very helpful and most of all kind - kindness in general goes a long way and when one experiences kindness it many a times comes as a surprise especially within the industry we work/operate in.

The matter was resolved and Calvin kept to his word and not long after we had concluded our call I received the requested/required information.
