Calls were answered quickly. The consultant was very knowledgeable and explained throughout what was happening - he was helpful and professional but with a personal touch. I felt comfortable that I was in good hands, he instilled the sense of helpfulness and 'can do' attitude. Loved his clear communication. There was no need for me to decipher and ask for explanation.
