Called in for assistance with a Policy spoke to the always Efficient Namhla Bill, she is one of those people that doesnt drag herself to work she loves being there and can hear by the way she speaks and interacts that she loves her job and that she does to the best of her ability....Kudos to you Miss Namhla Bill for exceptional customer service
