Broken in to TWO WEEKS ago, door still not secured
Our house was broken into on 5 October in the small hours, our claim has been approved and the money paid for the ****** items but the back door (where they broke in) is still unsecured and has no handle or lock, it is a sliding door and just has a piece of wood wedged in it for \security". It was supposed to be done on Saturday and the workmen came but said they needed to get some stuff from the hardware shop. They said they would be here early this morning"
