Breach of Contract

On 26th of Jan 2016 i phoned M&F to cancel my policy and they gave me details of a broker i need to consult in order to review my insurance premium. I phoned a Mr Pillay on *** who was introduced to me by M&F consultant as my broker. I informed the guy about my intentions to move my policy and he promised tro call me back to see if he can reduce my policy premium. On 27th Jan he called me back with a premium which was slightly lower than my then current premium. I informed him that i got a better deal elsewhere then he started teling me about other insurance companies where he can get me a better deal(Very Strange). because i only know of M&F now im being told about other companies. I said to the Guy im not interested can he continue with the cancelation of my policy he said Yes he will cancel it i remember this because we had a different viiew of when the end date of the insurance will be. On the 25 of Feb the company took R1300 in my acc which is the amount i was told i was going to pay if i took the new offfer. I have called over 15 times to M&F but they telling me i must get my kids school fees money from this guy.My Pillay tells me he wont pay.So my kids cnt go school.
