Breach of Contract
I have taken out an insurance Sep 2017 and have not missed a payment. I was pleased with the amount of excess I would pay which was R3500 The vehicle was involved in an accident 20th Feb 2018 upon claiming from the insurance I was told that my excess is R8500, I questioned this to the agent and they told me that I was under the age of 25 and my license is not older than 5 years.
This was not agreeded upon the inception of the agreement therefore I will not pay that amount of R8500 but I am will to pay the agreeded amount of R3500.
