Best call center experience!

I had some trouble with receiving an error with old mutual insure online and phoned the call center for some help. I would just like to give a huge thanks to Petronella from the Old Mutual Insure Allsure existing business department, the lady who assisted me with the problem. It was the best experience, she was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. The problem was sorted and we even had a good laugh. So thank you Petronella for making my day and the great assistance.
