Be careful of OMinsure/Quest claims!!!!!!

I am beyond frustrated with Ominsure and their handling of my third-party claim! I was in a car accident back in June, involving someone insured by Quest Claims/Ominsure, and I’ve been trying to resolve this issue ever since. Despite submitting all the required paperwork—an ordeal in itself—Ominsure confirmed they accepted the claim and assured me it would be paid out within 30 days. Now, it’s 40 days past that deadline, and there’s still no payout in sight. Keep in mind, this is a claim for only R2000, yet it has dragged on for nearly six months!

I’ve called and emailed them countless times, even reached out to their complaints department, but all I’ve received is silence and zero help. If this is how they treat a relatively small claim, I can’t even imagine the nightmare of trying to get paid for a larger, more complex one. It’s become painfully clear that Ominsure has no regard for its customers, nor any sense of urgency or responsibility. Their communication is nonexistent, and they couldn’t care less about resolving issues.

This has been the worst insurance experience of my life, and I am beyond grateful that I’m not actually insured with them. I would strongly advise anyone considering Ominsure to look elsewhere—this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with! And I know they will definitely read this review so only contact me with a resolution I don’t want to hear ANY MORE EXCUSES!!!
