Baddest service of old mutaul

So i habe home and building insurance thag i took out by old mutual through everything insure, so i had a home content claim that was submitted on 7february 2025 , on 5 Marvh i was informed by the assessor that he must **** my item, mind you this is after weeks and weeks of calling back and forth to get assistance, the consultant named -Mxolisi Mashinini from theThe Non Motor Claims Team, is so *********** he dont call you back, he doesnt respond to emails and doesnt care at all, when i called the other day someone else took the call and gave me an update that they just returning my unit.... When i asked what will happen if i have a building claim seen that i wanted close to a month the person just said, i dont know i cant say.... This was the worst decision i ever made to go with such a well known company and this is how the customer services is...... I will never, ever deal with such an imcompetent company and staff members ever again.
