Bad Service Omnisure (Old Mutual) and Quest Claims

At the end of April 2021, I was knocked by another vehicle whilst I was stationery at the parking lot. After exchanging information with the driver I tried to claim via Third Party with his insurance Omnisure (Old Mutual) whose claims are processed by Quest Claims. Initially Omnisure was responsive and sent me thier forms and relevant links to upload the accident photos for the claim and await a call for an as*****t to be done. Subsequently I was doing follow ups and my emails were not being responded to. I was sent to this person and and that person who is supposedly dealing with me case. Then I was told to now follow up with Quest Claims who neither responds to my emails and thier numbers don't even go through. 11 months after my vehicle is still not fixed and my matter has not been attended to. My experience with Omnisure and Quest Claims has been the worst, I will never recommend anyone to join them.
