Bad Service, No feedback, SLOW!!!
Got in contact with M&F regarding a third party claim on 22/03/2016, since then I have been sent from pillar to post, no one from MF has made contact with me, I have to phone them and then hardly get any answers. since this process started I have dealt with 4 different people because the person I deal with either goes on leave is on lunch or off sick!!!<br> <br> Dealt with Discovery last month with same case and what a pleasant experience, can't say the same for MF!<br> <br> Sis Mutual & Federal!!!
