Bad service (if you could call it a service)

Goodness what a bad experience trying to claim a repair through Old Mutual. The contact person who suppose to help me is unreachable. Tried calling him and send him 2 emails and he just ignores me.

I will have speak to my brokers and see if I can move to another insurance compony. You would think in this economy a big corporate would give better service. Luckily there are many other choices.
