Bad service from Ols Mutual Insure

I would just like yo share my bad experience. My husband and I are insured with Old Mutual Insure and recently our house sustained damages due to an fire caused by our neighbours and most of our household contents was ******. We did put in a claim and an assesser has been assigned to us. His name is Brian Jumat and he is not very helpfull at all. He doesnt respond to our whatsapps nor emails or phone calls. Eventually when we got hold of him with a query he was rude and unprofessional towards us. I am seriously dissatisfied with the treatment we are receiving and i am considering cancelling my policy with Old Mutual Insure
