BAD SERVICE FROM MUTUAL AND FEDERAL

We have a MOTOR WARRANTY Insurance with MUTUAL & FEDERAL RISK FINANCING LTD which is part of Old Mutual, i now understand why people have been complaining about how OLD Mutual is always trying to find ways not to pay for claims, we have claimed for a Part which that is covered by the policy and they are giving us stories with payment after we have been paying them for months and claimed only, they claim that they will only pay 50% cos its wear and tear, the repair report consists of two components that are faulty which need to be replaced (Wheel bearing and hub), which are also stipulated in their policy each item with its own amount, this is not a wear and tear, the claim is due to loss of grease. These parts are different parts but are jointly working together. It is always disappointing with insurance when it comes to claims there are always immense excuses not to pay. BUT we r honestly not shocked with the reputation that OLD MUTUAL HAS.
