Bad service from Donovan Cupido

Good day. My mother took out insurance at the above company a advisor by the name Donovan Cupido helped her firstly very bad service at Worcester branch. Her insurance debit order date was the 1st of every month. By the 8th of November 2022 her insurnace did not go off keep in mind debit order. She phone call centre and they advised my mother that she needs to pay that money in firstly my mother is a pensioner she said she cant because its alot of money the call centre said then she will not be covered. I went to Donovan 3 times to cancel the insurance we also called him and he said he will but never did. My mother took insurance out with Santam. She bought herself a new car and wanted to take out a service plan but they advised her that she was blacklisted by Old mutual insurance. Noe my question is how can tou pay for service you never got. And if Donovan cancelled her insurance the first time this would have never been a problem. My mother got very bad servie at Old Mutual Onisure. We were the at the branch just now and the reffered us to a Mr. Love. My mother wants a paid up letter from Old Mutual so go ahead with the Service plan. Ypu can call me on ***
