BAD SERVICE CANCEL YOUR POLICY WITH MUTUAL AND FEDERAL TODAY ITS FRUSTRATING

I am insured with GRM Broker policy by Mutual and Federal i have registered a claim on the 24th of February 2020 and they dont bother giving me feedback and i have provided all requested information within reasonable time but they cant finalise my claim for a Laptop and my Watch and other small portables items. they dont even bother giving me proper feedback. its almost 2 weeks and when i call a broker to get feedback no telephone etiquette at all she kept quite while asking for feedback.
