Bad Service

Good Day All. Please don't get me wrong I have had good service with Krishnee at MF. I recently had bad service. I made a claim for damage to my washing machine which I am insured for Mechanical and Electrical Damage which I am paying extra for. I called and lodged a claim. A repair company came had a look and asked us to put the machine on and saw it not spinning and took photos and model no. I waited a few days and I had to call MF to query. Was told by Krishnee that its was rejected because of wear and tear. The rejection letter says for loos and theft but my claim was for Mechanical Damage. I am not happy at all. I am paying a lot towards my policy and asked my broker to check on Medical Aid prices. I will have to think again. I have sent mails to Krishnee but says she's on leave so no one else can call me. This is not customer service. <br> I am afraid if anything else get damaged in my house then what do I do. I am paying for a service but not getting it. Krishnee has helped me in the past so I dnt know whathas happen now. Pls Advise before I cancel my policy. Kind Regards<br> Mr Govender
