Bad Sales Team

I saw an ad on Instagram and one of the consultant called me for a quotation however what I do not understand he said he cannot help me without disclosing my current plan.

That to me sounded very stupid and poor service. If you offer insurance why not quote your clients without having to ask them what they have been paying other companies??

What company does that??? I was just shocked by the mentality of their sales team it's very shocking.
