Bad pathetic service

I am disgusted with old mutual service to my parents My dad is sickly and had the ambulance service upon contacting old mutual in a case of emergency on Sunday they were advised that they no longer have the ambulance service. This is disgusting and pathetic because if this was the case why did they not contact their clients on that cover to inform them this is the new rules An ambulance is for an emergency not a party but they never had the decency to contact us. For selling us their things the contact us until we have swear them but to give their customers important information they so useless. They should be shut down or investigated because this is ridiculous atleast compensate for this bull**** as we were relying on the ambulance service and when we in an emergency you people inform us casually that it's no longer available.
