BAD EXPREIENCE

I am hereby to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with Old Mutual Insure. we are paying for the house, vehicles and house contents. We moved to old mutual because they promise the best services. We are staying in a bond house and it's two years now and since it's a raining season we experienced leakage inside the house and damaged my ceiling. I reported the matter as soon as possible. on the 6th January, 2nd week the assessor came to check and took pictures where there was the damaged. We waited and later my we received feedback February 2025 that our claim was declined due to lack of maintenance and deterioration. We were surprised because we were never told anything about maintenance and deterioration prior being their member. And they accepted to insurer us without any problems. We humbly request your intervention because we are not happy that they declined our application. If indeed we were have challenges they could have checked before opening an insurance for us. Old Mutual Insure its not for people its about taking money from people. bad bad experience.
