Bad company to deal with

My claim has been handled with the absolute disgust. I have claimed on an accident and was redirected to the panel beaters of mutual and federal whom I was strongly against, only to find out I was right my vehicle has been with the Panelbeaters for almost 2 months and I was requested to return the vehicle hire as per old mutual my vehicle was ready. This claims handler was also not the best or brightest person to deal with and I am sorry to say worst service of my life.
