Awesomeness - Thank you Marvin Sir for your approach to my query

I called into the call center (***)/11.13 this AM and spoke to a gentleman named Marvin and my interaction was simply brilliant. He listened without interrupting me - shared general information and given what needed to be done, offered a call back to assist - @ the time of writing this i was on the call for almost 10 minutes after he called back without being connected to a consultant so hence my appreciation.
