Appalling Service

Absolutely pathetic. I reside on the Bluff in KZN, and we've been affected by the storms that took place 4 weeks ago, most residents have already been assisted by their insurers to repair damage to their properties, but I'm still waiting for Mutual & Federal to get started on my repairs. We've had to create makeshift roofing to protect our household contents and sit around hoping nothing else gets damaged due to the current weather patterns. Maybe we'll have some luck with Mutual & Federal when the rest of our roofing disappears ;-) Current state of affairs: Garage roof - Gone 12m x 5m Aluminium Carport - Gone Secondary Carport - Bracket ********** wall Gutters - Gone
