Apart from the long wait
Apart from the long wait. The agent was exceptional 👌 Would like to say commend the excellent service received from Karabo Manaka,she was great. Patient ,showed empathy and very helpful. My experience was professional and appreciate her willingness to help. We need more people like her in our customer service centre's. She deserves 10 stars 🌟
