Lucille, Every time I get to speak with you I am always overwhelmed by your professional yet personal manner in which you conduct our interaction/s. Regarding 1 of our clients Dr KY ***udji you put me at ease and gave the assurance that you will do what you need to do on your end and you will keep me posted on the outcome - which is exactly what you did.
