Amazing customer service consultant
would like to compliment an amazing customer consultant named Mzu.
He retained a very upset and shocked me and made me smile through it all.
Customer service of this calibre is so rare these days, especially at call centres. Please convey my thanks to Mzu and his management team. You have a diamond of an employee in him!
