After battling for more than two hours I finally managed to talk to Karabo Manaka What a great person and very professional. After battling for more that two hours being moved from one dept to another which was so frustrating until I was put through to her. She solve my problem within a few minutes and really think Oldmutual should have more people like her. Her attitude and understanding is impeccable. She should be in a much more senior position to be able to rub her positivity off on fellow colleagues.
