Accident 29/01/2015, claim not finilised !

I was in a accident on the 29/01/2015, the person who drove into me is with Mutual & Federal. The company still has not sorted out my claim. I have reported them to Hello Peter and then the same day got 3 calls of people feeling very sorry about this. Then nothing yet again ! After reporting them to Hello Peter again on the 10 April 2015 Neil Wyngaard phoned me telling me the claim is not so old and he will be working on it the following Monday 12 April 2015. As per the history of this claim nothing else happened again after that. What do I need to do to just get my car fixed ? Is it really the only way to get services from these people if I keep on reporting it to Hello Peter ? Why are these people still in business ?
